Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Sol Circle website, community, events, memberships, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by AI Sol Circle ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. Membership is intended for women in business and professionals seeking to build with AI.

2. Accounts and Membership

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community standards.

3. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

• Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable outside of any guarantee we specifically offer at the time of purchase (e.g., a 14-day guarantee, when applicable).
• Prices, taxes, and features may change; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

4. Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
• Share confidential content, recordings, or materials outside the community without permission.
• Use the Services to promote unrelated businesses, spam, or unlawful activity.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse any portion of the Services.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trainings, and branding provided through the Services are owned by AI Sol Circle or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use them for personal, non-commercial purposes as a member. You retain rights to content you post; by posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Services.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, GrowthHub365, social platforms). We are not responsible for those third parties' content, terms, or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or professional outcome from participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Sol Circle and its founders, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AI Sol Circle harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
